Before joining the Rashed Al Rashed Group of companies as Executive Manager, Abbas was a banker for Saudi French Bank for 25 years.

Chief Executive Officer – Chedid Insurance Brokers KSA
Muath Al Feraihi is a seasoned executive with over 13 years of experience in commercial development, relationship management, and operational transformation within the Saudi insurance and financial sectors. He currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Chedid Insurance Brokers KSA, leading the company’s local operations, commercial strategy, and cross-border expansion.
Prior to joining the group, Muath held several senior management remits across insurance and banking institutions, where he played a central role in client retention, operational restructuring, business development, and local partnerships. He has forged strong connections with public-sector stakeholders throughout his career, and today sits on the board of several private companies in the Kingdom.
Muath holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from King Saud University (KSU), and has completed advanced courses in strategic management, quality systems, and business law.
Executive Vice President Eastern Region
An insurance professional with over 17 years of experience in the insurance industry in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Mohammed is the Executive Vice President Eastern Region. Prior to joining the company, Mohammed was the Acting Head of Eastern Region and Regional Sales Manager at Medgulf Insurance and Reinsurance KSA. Mohammed holds a BS in P.A. Health Services Administration from the Economics and Administration at King Abdulaziz University, an Insurance Foundation Diploma (IFD) from the Institute of Banking – Riyadh and successfully attended more than 13 courses and trainings in the insurance and financial services.

An insurance professional with over 10 years of experience in the insurance industry in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Badur is the Branch Manager of Chedid & Associates KSA. Prior to joining the company, Badur was the Client Relations Manager and Branch Manager at Trust Insurance Broker in KSA. Badur holds a BS in Business Management from Bloomsburg University – USA and an MBA in Strategic Management from Niagara University – USA. He holds a CII from the Chartered Institute of the UK.

Majed serves as Director-Central Region at Chedid Insurance Brokers Saudi Arabia, where he leads regional insurance management operations, drives sales performance, and oversees compliance and branch activities across multiple markets. With over a decade of experience in the insurance sector, he has built a strong track record in sales leadership, operational efficiency, and developing strategies that deliver sustainable growth.
Prior to joining the Chedid Insurance Brokers network, Majed served as Head of Region at Elite Insurance Broker, where he successfully managed sales performance, operational excellence, and portfolio growth. His earlier career included progressive leadership roles at Tawuniya Co., where he was responsible for expanding corporate accounts, developing key customer relationships, and increasing the company’s market share in the region.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in English Language and Translation from Qassim University. In addition, he has earned key industry certifications, including the Insurance Foundation Certificate Examination (IFCE) and the Associate, Life Management Institute (ALMI) designation.
Director – Eastern Region
In his role as Director-Eastern Region at Chedid Insurance Brokers Saudi Arabia, Tareq oversees regional operations, commercial strategy, and business expansion. He brings more than 13 years of experience in the Kingdom’s insurance industry, with a strong track record in regional management, broker relations, talent development, and operational oversight.
Prior to joining the Chedid Insurance Brokers network, Tareq held a number of leadership, multi-region, and cross-disciplinary remits. Most recently, he served as Chief Sales and Marketing Officer at Mutakamela Insurance Company in Riyadh, successfully leading strategic initiatives for sales optimization, client acquisition, and portfolio expansion. He also previously held the role of General Manager – Eastern Region at Medgulf Insurance Company in Khobar, directing teams across sales, operations, and customer management, and forging strong broker partnerships. His earlier career spans managerial roles at Elite Insurance & Reinsurance Broker, Alinma Tokio Marine, and Solidarity Saudi Takaful Company.
Tareq holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from King Faisal University and an English Diploma from the University of North Carolina (Charlotte). He also completed the Future Finance Leadership Program at the Financial Academy in Riyadh.
Director – Relationship Management
Saad serves as Director – Relationship Management at Chedid Insurance Brokers Saudi Arabia. He brings extensive experience in account management and client servicing across key insurance lines of business.
Saad joined the Chedid Insurance Brokers network after more than five years with Elite Insurance & Reinsurance Brokerage Company, where he advanced through multiple roles, including Senior Account Manager, Senior Relationship Manager, and most recently, Head of Relations. During this period, he managed a diverse portfolio of clients across sectors, strengthened customer retention, and supported strategic growth in key lines of business.
Saad’s earlier career spans roles at Trust Insurance Brokers, where he gained solid expertise in marine underwriting and claims management, and at Saudi Electricity Company, where he strengthened his technical expertise in information security, governance, and IT systems management – offering him unique insight and perspective on operational risk and customer-centric service delivery.
Saad holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University. He has also completed several certifications across the insurance, financial services, and information security sectors, including CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate), Security+ (Abad Institute), and the IFCE (Insurance Foundation Certificate) Anti-Money Laundering and Countering Terrorist Financing certificate from the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA).

As Director – Quality Control & Client Experience at Chedid Insurance Brokers Saudi Arabia, Abdullah brings more than ten years of experience in the insurance and financial services sectors. His career boasts a solid track record in strategic growth, sales management, operational optimization, and customer service excellence.
Prior to joining the Chedid Insurance Brokers network, Abdullah served as Head of Region – Western Region at Elite Insurance Broker Company, where he successfully managed sales performance, spearheaded strategic regional expansion opportunities, and forged long-term partnerships with key industry stakeholders.
Earlier in his career, Abdullah held senior commercial and financial positions, including as Chief Commercial Officer at Business Horizons Real Estate Company, where he led sales and business development strategies, strategic expansion, and profitable portfolio diversification. In his previous roles at King Abdullah Port Development Company and Tawuniya, Abdullah gained wide-ranging commercial, operational, and financial expertise that continues to inform his leadership approach.
Abdullah holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management and a Diploma in Accounting from the College of Technology in Jeddah. He has also obtained key industry certifications, including the Insurance Foundation Certificate (IFCE).
