Chedid and Associates Saudi Arabia was established in 2012 by Abdulmonen AlRashed and Chedid Capital Holding, and it is regulated by the Insurance Authority (IA) License No. (69/201310). Chedid and Associates KSA is a member of the Chedid Insurance Brokers Network, the insurance broking network of Chedid Capital, which has become in less than 10 years the most dynamic and reliable network in the Middle East and Africa, growing stronger with every step it takes.
With offices in Abu Dhabi, Beirut, Cairo, Doha, Dubai, Istanbul, Jeddah, Khobar, Limassol, London, Port Louis, Riyadh and Sharjah, the network employs more than 300 professionals and offers to its clients a wide range of bespoke insurance products and solutions. The network is proud to have built over the years trusty relations with regional and international insurance companies.

Abbas Al-Brahim is a board member in several companies representing Al Rashed Group. He is the Executive Director of RICO Holding KSA, Executive Director of Al Rashed Real Estate Investment Holding, Saudi Vetonite SAVETO S.A., Managing Director of DARMCO Ltd, board member of Chedid Capital and Chairman of Chedid Re KSA.
Before joining the Rashed Al Rashed Group of companies as Executive Manager, Abbas was a banker for Saudi French Bank for 25 years.
Abbas holds a bachelor’s degree in General Accounting and an MBA from Columbia University.

Muath Al Feraihi
Chief Executive Officer
Muath Al Feraihi is a seasoned executive with over 13 years of experience in commercial development, relationship management, and operational transformation within the Saudi insurance and financial sectors.
As the Chief Executive Officer of Chedid Insurance Brokers KSA, he leads the network’s local operations, commercial strategy, and cross-border expansion.
Throughout his career, Muath has forged strong connections with public-sector stakeholders, and today serves on the board of several private companies in the Kingdom.
Muath holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from King Saud University (KSU).
Mohammed Alhurimmees
Chief Operating Officer
A seasoned insurance professional, Mohammed brings over 23 years of specialized experience in insurance and risk management, as well as strong knowledge of financial and credit principles and frameworks.
As Chief Operating Officer of Chedid Insurance Brokers KSA, he oversees operational performance, supports disciplined risk management, and drives efficiency across the business.
Mohammed holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from King Faisal University and a Diploma in Finance and Banking from the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA).
Badur Muzaffar
Regional Director - Western Region
Badur brings over 14 years of wide-ranging experience in the Saudi insurance sector, with a strong track record in strategic leadership, business development, and client relationship management.
Currently serving as Regional Director – Western Region at Chedid & Associates KSA, Badur’s remit focuses on driving regional growth, optimizing operational performance, and delivering tailored insurance solutions aligned with corporate objectives and market dynamics.
Badur holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Bloomsburg University and a Master of Business Administration from Niagara University.
Majed Alhabs
Regional Director – Central Region
Majed brings over 12 years of experience in commercial, operational, and administrative management across insurance companies and brokerage firms.
Currently serving as Director - Central Region at Chedid Insurance Brokers KSA, he leads regional insurance operations, drives sales performance, and oversees compliance and branch activities across multiple markets.
Majed holds a bachelor’s degree in English Language and Translation from Qassim University, and has earned key industry certifications, including the Insurance Foundation Certificate Examination (IFCE) and the Associate, Life Management Institute (ALMI) designation.
Tarek Almohammed
Regional Director – Eastern Region
With over 14 years of experience in the insurance industry, Tareq brings a proven track record in commercial growth, operational leadership, business profitability, and strategic expansion of high-value portfolios.
Capitalizing on this expertise, he specializes in structuring tailored insurance solutions, driving sustainable growth through long-term partnerships across the Kingdom’s insurance ecosystem.
Tareq holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from King Faisal University and an English Diploma from the University of North Carolina (Charlotte).
Saad Ali Saad Al-Tamimi
Director – Client Relations
With over ten years of experience in insurance and client management across key lines of business, Saad brings a strong track record in specialty underwriting, claims resolution, and cross-sectoral portfolio management.
In his current role as Chedid Insurance Brokers KSA’s Director of Client Relations – a department he established and structured – Saad focuses on market-tailored client engagement and retention strategies.
Saad holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University. He has also completed several certifications across the insurance, financial services, and information security sectors.
Abdallah Al-Yami
Director - Quality and Client Excellence
Abdullah holds over 15 years of experience across insurance companies and brokerage firms.
With a strong background in regional leadership and commercial development, Abdallah brings a proven track record in stakeholder management, performance-driven growth, and quality-focused strategies across the insurance value chain.
Currently serving as Director of Quality & Client Excellence at Chedid Insurance Brokers Saudi Arabia, he leads initiatives to enhance client experience, strengthen operational excellence, and drive a high-performance, client-centric culture.
Abdullah holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management and a Diploma in Accounting from the College of Technology in Jeddah.
Ayman Fawzi Al-Jaabari
Senior Manager – Technical (Non-Medical)
Ayman is a seasoned insurance professional with over 14 years of experience in underwriting, risk management, and portfolio development across the Saudi market.
In his current role as Senior Manager – Technical (Non-Medical) at Chedid Insurance Brokers, he leads strategic growth and operations across multiple regions – bringing a strong track record in managing large-scale client portfolios, optimizing insurance solutions, and enhancing risk frameworks.
Ayman is also experienced in claims management, team leadership, and cross-market negotiations with local and international insurers.
He holds a Diploma from the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
